How does it work?
The tool fetches the submitted page and a bounded set of alternates, then checks HTTP, canonical, locale, reciprocity, duplicate, and x-default evidence.
What data is analyzed?
Public HTML link elements, response codes, redirect targets, canonical URLs, and language declarations.
How should results be interpreted?
Resolve Critical findings first. Attention items improve consistency but may depend on the site’s language strategy.
Limitations
- — Only publicly reachable HTML is inspected.
- — The alternate sample is capped.
- — A passing result is not a ranking guarantee.
Privacy and data retention
- — The URL you submit is fetched from our server, never from your browser.
- — We store the tool key, a normalized URL, the score, and finding counts — no page content and no form values.
- — Query parameters that look like credentials, tokens, e-mail addresses, or phone numbers are redacted before anything is written.
- — Your IP address is stored only as an irreversible hash for abuse protection.
- — Results are not published, are not indexed, and never appear in our XML sitemap.
