Engineering Standards & Trust Charter

CRY Trust Center: Defensive Software & Infrastructure Standards

We manage our software and digital infrastructure through verifiable code audits, data isolation, secure configurations, and responsible engineering principles—not unsubstantiated badges or marketing claims.

01 CRY Standartları

Security Philosophy & Core Approach

Security is not an afterthought attached post-launch; it is an architectural discipline embedded from the first line of code.

At CRY, we adhere to "Secure by Default" and "Least Privilege" principles. In our software systems, only strictly necessary ports, services, and credentials remain exposed.

Rather than claiming unverified third-party certifications or commercial badges, we deliver verifiable, auditable safeguards deployed and tested directly within production environments.

02 CRY Standartları

Application Security Safeguards

We implement rigorous framework-level defenses against the most critical web vulnerability vectors.

Authentication

Passwords are salted and hashed using bcrypt or argon2id. Timing-attack-resistant comparisons, session regeneration, and automated throttling protect against brute-force intrusion.

Authorization & RBAC

Roles and permissions are enforced at controller and route boundaries using Laravel Gates and Policies. Every resource request validates ownership to eliminate IDOR risks.

CSRF Defenses

All state-altering HTTP methods (POST, PUT, DELETE, PATCH) reject unverified requests without cryptographically signed, session-bound CSRF tokens.

XSS & Input Sanitization

User-supplied inputs are automatically escaped in Blade templates. HTML-enabled fields are strictly sanitized via HTMLPurifier to neutralize malicious scripts and iframes.

Validation & SQL Injection Protection

Database operations rely on Eloquent ORM and parameterized PDO bindings, avoiding raw SQL concatenation. Form inputs undergo strict type, length, and format validation.

Security Headers

Our servers enforce Content-Security-Policy (CSP), Strict-Transport-Security (HSTS), X-Frame-Options (DENY), X-Content-Type-Options (nosniff), and strict Referrer-Policy.

Rate Limiting & Throttling

Authentication routes, submission endpoints, testing tools, and APIs are shielded by IP and session-based request rate limiting.

03 CRY Standartları

Data Protection & Cryptography

Safeguarding data confidentiality and integrity both in transit and at rest.

All web communication is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 and TLS 1.2 protocols. Deprecated ciphers and legacy protocol versions are disabled at the server layer.

Sensitive operational credentials, third-party API keys, and access tokens stored in databases are encrypted using AES-256-GCM or AES-256-CBC with application-level key management.

04 CRY Standartları

Backup & Disaster Recovery

Verifiable disaster recovery procedures to safeguard business continuity against hardware or operational failure.

Automated database snapshots are generated daily and transferred to encrypted, off-site storage environments isolated from the primary application server.

We regularly conduct restoration drills (restore tests) to verify that backup snapshots remain uncorrupted and can be brought online swiftly when required.

05 CRY Standartları

Logging & Operational Monitoring

Centralized telemetry to detect anomalous patterns and operational events promptly.

Failed authentication attempts, privileged role changes, 404/403 volume anomalies, and unhandled server exceptions are recorded with precise timestamps.

Sensitive customer details, passwords, and payment information are strictly masked and scrubbed before log entries are committed to disk.

06 CRY Standartları

Dependency Management & Vulnerability Patching

Proactive auditing and maintenance of open-source libraries and framework packages.

Composer and npm dependencies are regularly cross-checked against vulnerability databases (CVE, GitHub Advisory) and promptly patched.

We practice a minimal dependency philosophy, avoiding unmaintained, redundant, or bloated third-party packages in project repositories.

07 CRY Standartları

Incident Handling & Response

Standard operating procedures executed upon detection of suspected security anomalies.

When an anomaly or vulnerability is suspected, the affected component is immediately isolated and relevant administrative sessions are revoked.

We conduct thorough log-based root-cause analysis, deploy verified patches, and deliver transparent technical post-mortems to impacted stakeholders.

08 CRY Standartları

Infrastructure & Hosting Scope Boundaries

Clear demarcation between client-managed hosting environments and CRY application responsibilities.

For systems hosted on client-owned servers or private cloud accounts, operating system updates, network firewalls (UFW/iptables), and SSH key management remain within the infrastructure owner’s domain.

CRY is responsible for the application-level security of delivered code and for supplying validated production hardening configurations.

09 CRY Standartları

Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Quality gates enforced from local development to production deployment.

Code changes are developed and verified in isolated staging environments before production rollout. Automated PHPUnit suites protect business logic and regression boundaries.

Production deployment pipelines strip source maps, disable debug tooling, and ensure environment variables remain strictly non-public.

10 CRY Standartları

Responsible Disclosure Policy

Coordinated vulnerability reporting channel for external security researchers.

If you identify a security vulnerability within our systems or web properties, please report it privately to security@cry.com.tr before public disclosure.

We commit to acknowledging responsible disclosure reports within 48 hours and expediting verified remediations transparently.

11 CRY Standartları

Privacy & Data Protection Compliance

Engineering practices designed in accordance with GDPR and applicable privacy frameworks.

Personal information collected through forms is handled transparently with explicit consent notifications and clear processing disclosures.

Granular cookie preferences (essential vs. analytical) are respected; analytics tags do not fire until user consent is explicitly recorded.

12 CRY Standartları

Client & Administrator Hygiene Responsibilities

Essential operational standards that project owners must maintain to ensure system integrity.

Administrative credentials must maintain high entropy and never be shared across multiple team members.

Workstations used for administrative access must maintain active OS updates and team members should exercise vigilant awareness against phishing attacks.

Güvenlik ve Uyum

Güvenlik Hakkında Sıkça Sorulan Sorular

Does CRY perform penetration testing on its builds? ↓

Yes. Built applications and platform utilities undergo blackbox and whitebox vulnerability checks prior to deployment. However, we do not make unsubstantiated claims of third-party audit stamps that cannot be verified.

Is client data ever shared with third parties? ↓

No. Client data, form submissions, and project records are never sold, rented, or distributed to advertising networks or external data brokers.

Is two-factor authentication (2FA) supported on administrative portals? ↓

Yes. Our Laravel architecture supports TOTP-based two-factor authentication (Google Authenticator, etc.) and can be enforced across all administrative accounts.

How rapidly are critical security patches applied? ↓

Critical vulnerability advisories are evaluated upon release and deployed to live systems following backwards-compatibility and regression verification.

Do you hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certifications? ↓

CRY focuses on transparent, auditable engineering controls rather than marketing enterprise compliance badges. Claiming non-audited certifications contradicts our ethical code of conduct.
